Can't Access the Site

Site won't load Check your internet connection first. If that's fine, try refreshing or clearing your browser cache.

Pages loading slow Test your internet speed. Close unused tabs or switch browsers.

Location & Search Problems

"Use My Location" button doesn't work Your browser blocked location access. Go to your browser settings and enable location permissions for Brew Tracker.

No coffee shops appear Some areas don't have coffee shops in our database yet. Try searching a nearby city or different location. We're working on a fix—you may see improvements soon.

Search isn't working Double-check your spelling or try a well-known city name nearby.

Map Issues

Map won't load Could be your browser or we might be down. Check your internet connection, clear your browser cache and refresh.

Layout looks broken or text overlaps Zoom out or switch to a bigger screen. Make sure your browser is updated.

Everything Else

Site feels sluggish That's your device, not us. Clear your browser cache, close extra tabs, restart your browser, or try a different device.

Getting error messages Screenshot the error code, then refresh. If it sticks around, wait a few minutes and try again.
